DOA & SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping is done with UPS overnight, delivered by 12 PM (when available).

We offer a Live arrival guarantee only when using UPS overnight, delivery next day by 12pm (when available). All fish are bagged with O2 for a more secure shipping.

If a delivery is delayed due to the carrier, weather or other issues with carrier, carrier will be held responsible and customer must dispute with UPS.

Shipping costs will not be credited, only credit for any DOA fish. We strive for this to never happen, but things are sometimes out of our control.

Raffle winners will be refunded what they have invested into the raffle if any issues come about.

WHAT IS LIVE ARRIVAL?
Live arrival- Once your package arrives at your door, within 2 hours of delivery time you must take a video of any dead fish inside the shipping bag and send to B&J Cichlids Band page or FB page immediately.
Once the fish is in your tank, the fish is your responsibility. All fish are medicated for minimum 7 days prior to shipping, and we guarantee a clean bill of health before ever packaging for shipment. I will not ship a fish that I feel is not up to my standards of putting in my personal tank.
